Dr. Alan Marshall

President

Read Bio
Dr. Alan Marshall serves as the President of Jabez Education. Prior to this role, he served as the President of the National Association of University-Model® Schools (NAUMS). Dr. Marshall has served as the Head of School for Sandhills Classical Christian School (SCCS) in Whispering Pines, North Carolina, which he led to full accreditation with the Association of Classical & Christian Schools (ACCS). He also served as the President of Coram Deo Academy (CDA), the largest classical Christian and largest University-Model School in the nation. Dr. Marshall also led CDA to full accreditation with ACCS.
Dr. Marshall’s teaching experience includes his time as an Assistant Professor and Course Director in the Department of Mathematics at the U.S. Air Force Academy. He taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and the Ph.D. level at Regent University. He also taught calculus and astronomy for seven years at Sandhills Classical Christian School (SCCS) in North Carolina and Coram Deo Academy (CDA) in Texas.
Dr. Marshall graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with Honors and a double major in Astronautical Engineering and Math. He then went on to pilot training and after various flying assignments, became a U-2 pilot and served as the squadron commander of the U-2 combat flying squadron supporting operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Colonel Marshall completed his 27-year active-duty military career as the Director of Safety for Air Combat Command responsible for aircraft mishap safety investigations for combat aircraft in the U.S. Air Force.

Dr. Marshall holds a Master’s degree in Applied Math from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Sciences from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.
Mrs. Kendra Marshall

Director of Fine Arts & Events Coordinator

Kendra is a recording artist and public speaker with a Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Communication. She was raised the first half of her childhood in Europe where she experienced diverse cultures and developed a big picture of God and an intense love for people. She has ministered to and entertained audiences across the U.S. as well as in many countries. She has participated in and directed both choirs and vocal groups, and has given voice lessons. She has worked on faith-based television as talent, worked in theatre, performed voiceovers, and has appeared in commercials. She has produced fundraising videos for various organizations and directed high profile fundraising events. She has also written articles for magazines and has been awarded both the Blue Pencil and the Government Communicators awards. She is a firm believer in the importance of developing the God given talent in young people through Fine Arts.
