All students applying for admission must provide recent test scores and be either screened for readiness (grades K-1) or tested (grades 2-12) for potential academic success at the RCCS. Testing will begin in January prior to the new academic year. Testing can be scheduled with your Admissions Counselor.
The purpose of this interview is to make certain that each family has a personal opportunity to have their questions answered. Together we will discuss how your child(ren) can be successful at RCCS. The interview will also include a discussion pertaining to spiritual life in the home as well as the family’s plan for supporting the home component.
Once the interview process has been completed, each family file is reviewed by the Admissions Council. Acceptance/denial/wait pool is determined, and a letter from the school administration is sent to the family. Opportunity to enter the school wait pool may be extended to an applying student should space in a particular grade level not be available at the time of admission. The family may decline placement within the wait pool by communicating with the Admissions Counselor.
Once accepted, the family will receive instructions for completing the online enrollment process, which will include signing the Contract of Continuous Enrollment and payment of the Enrollment Deposit. This non-refundable deposit is applied to the student’s net tuition bill. Various payment plans are available. See our Tuition & Tuition Assistance page for more details.
After your enrollment is complete, families will have access to register for electives. Electives are a great way to enrich your student’s education with art, music, drama, health, fitness and more!
Please contact us at admission@jccs.com if we can answer any questions or assist you in the admissions process.
